Jury report: SUPER8 has the potential of being an icon. The clear and dominant shape has sufficient strength to counterpart the large scale developments along the canal. The building will be a beacon which will mark the new to build neighbourhood. The wonderful entrance connects well to the surrounding and the parking is well solved. The use of space overall is very efficient. The generous balconies provide a sense of luxury.
